Traditional mixing & cooking tanks CCV
The CCV mixers / cookers, made entirely of stainless steel, are ideally adapted to the preparation and the cooking of sauces, convenience food, desserts, jams, stewed fruits, etc.
The heating devices are designed for steam fed operation and sized so that heat transfer performance is optimized.
They can be operated under atmospheric conditions as well as pressurized and / or under vacuum.
Concerning the agitation system, we provide an extended range of innovative solutions to meet specific process requirements:
- scraper for mixing applications
- co-axial agitator combining a scraper with a HTPG4 three blade impeller to yield a perfect product homogeneity and even temperature distribution during heating, cooking and cooling operations
- optional shear motion to aid dispersion of any texturing agents.
For high viscosity and / or fragile products, these cookers can be fitted with an EOLE5 agitator, which combines the HTPG4 three bladed impeller and helicoids, plus wall scrapers, to minimize unwanted shear forces while ensuring a high recirculation rate.
These tanks are fully Cleanable-In-Place without operator intervention due to the use of innovative cleaning devices, including wall mounted designs.
