Available in capacities up to 300 000 l, the CSA tanks are made of high quality stainless steel throughout and designed free of dead-legs to allow for optimum cleaning in place. These tanks are therefore perfectly adapted to storage and the homogeneous holding of liquid raw materials: milk and derivatives, fruit juices, oils, etc.
Applications :
Depending on capacities, three tank support mechanisms are proposed: adjustable feet, skirt or flat bottom to be installed on concrete base.
The quality of the insulation allows for maintaining the optimal temperature of the product. Insulation options include bottom, liner and cover for maximum efficiency.
Type, sizing and location of the agitator system (top, wall or bottom mounted agitator) are selected to ensure a homogeneous suspension of the product and avoid any decantation or phase separation. On request and depending on capacity, these tanks can be fitted with the PG-MAG magnetic mixer to minimise tank working volume.
Also depending on the product characteristics, the bottom shape can be adapted to an angle of 15 to 30°.
