Maturation tanks CMU
Available in a capacity ranging from 10 up to 100 m3 and entirely made of stainless steel, the CMU maturation tanks are at the core of your process for the maturation of milks, creams, ice cream mix, yoghurts, and fresh cheese. These vessels are insulated, cleanable in place and optionally jacketed depending on your recipes.
With regards to the agitation system, we offer you an extended range of innovative solutions to meet your process requirements:
- Wall mounted HTPG4 three blade impeller for the maturation of cheese milks
- Top mounted HTPG4 three blade impeller for most of the remaining applications; for the maturation of acid creams, those low speed agitators can be combined with proximity blades on the liner and the bottom
- Eole 4 agitator, for the production of stirred yoghurts, with a combination of a HTPG4 three blade impeller and helicoids ensures an optimum cutting and mixing of the curd while preserving the rheological structure.
As option, the CMU tanks can be equipped with an ultra-clean vent to keep the product under sterile filtered air during the maturation process.
