CHEESE VATS FROMATEC, UNIQUE KNOWHOW

A specially developed system to minimize fat loss and the creation of curd fines.
Dedicated to the production of pressed cooked cheese or pressed cheese these vats provide the following unit operations: heating, cooling, curd making and cutting, mixing, whey draining.
The vats are closed (IFS compliant), insulated, jacketed and cleanable in place.
The FROMATEC series are available from the laboratory to industrial production scale:
- Pilot series: 10 L and 30 L,
- Semi-Industrial series: 500, 1 000 and 1 500 L,
- Industrial series - static type with conical bottoms: from 2 000 up to 15 000 L,
- Industrial series – tilting type with flat bottoms: from 2 000 up to 18 000 L.
The FROMATEC vat’s performance are particularly appreciated tools for optimizing cheese yields.
