Pierre Guerin is recognized as a major European player in the design and production of high quality stainless steel vessels and agitators for the Food & Beverage and Life Sciences industries. Our French and Spanish facilities provide manufacturing capacity of more than 1000 process vessels a year, ranging from 1l to 300 000 l.
Complimentary to pure vessel building, Pierre Guerin also has a dedicated and extensive production line for piping construction and assembly of high technology large scale systems, in particular for Biotech applications.

Advanced design and calculation tools including the CAD INVENTOR system for full 3D design, SOLID WORKS for mechanical calculations, mixing and cleaning flow models, seismic calculation software
Excellence in manufacturing and inspections : electro-polished finishing as low as 0.2 µm Ra, controlled Ferrite content, full material and welding traceability (In house X-Ray and endoscopic inspection tools with digital recording)
Comprehensive test program (coverage and drainability tests included) and extensive quality documentation (PQP, manufacturing & inspection files, FAT protocol) designed to support the most challenging of client qualification activities
