The Neptune™ WinCC FLEX control option utilizes a Micro PLC and a Touch Screen operator terminal to control all phases and process parameters. It also provides basic supervision and data-logging functions (simple recipes, profiles, trends, alarm management, remote Audit-Trail). This system is ideally adapted to the local control of stand-alone process equipment (fermenters, cleaning-in-place units, cheese vats, pasteurization skids, etc.).
Available in a version complying with the CFR21pt11 and GAMP 5, Neptune™ WinCC FLEXX is also suitable for biopharmaceutical R&D or production applications in a GLP or GMP environment.
