The turbo-agitators “P” generates two complementary hydrodynamic effects: pumping and shearing. This range of agitators is thus perfectly adapted to homogenizing operations, dispersion of powders, emulsions of pastry products into liquids for volumes ranging from 40 to 10 000 litres.

Mixing of liquids and pastry products, homogenization, emulsion and dispersion operations for the production of sugar syrups, pancake batter (emulsions of egg and butter), vinaigrette, shampoos and personal care products.
