PIERRE GUERIN's mission, within the EQUANS / BOUYGUES group, is to design, manufacture, commission, and provide after-sales support for stainless steel equipment, tanks, and process lines for the food and biopharmaceutical industries.
Our Quality Management System has been continuously enhanced with evolving regulations, increasingly demanding customer requirements, ongoing improvement projects, and various certifications successfully acquired. This has enabled us to fully satisfy our customers and win new markets.

During 2023, employees from all PIERRE GUERIN Group entities contributed to defining a new corporate vision with the ambition of becoming an international player in innovation and operational excellence, for sustainable growth with defined revenue and profitability targets by 2027 and commitments to health, safety, and the environment.

HEALTH AND SAFETY
Health and safety are essential to our company's strategy and concern both our employees and those who work on our behalf.
We must do everything we can to ensure everyone returns home safe and sound.
PIERRE GUERIN is committed to continuing its actions aimed at reducing the frequency and severity of accidents and limiting safety risks across all its activities, with objectives defined in the company's management process for 2027.
Our priority actions focus on:
Health:
- Ensuring that employees have an adequate level of safety and health through accreditations, training, and appropriate medical monitoring
- Raising awareness among all employees of risks, particularly those related to their work, whether within the company or on client sites
- Conducting an analysis of accidents and critical situations to identify prevention strategies
- Encouraging all individual initiatives and proposals regarding safety prevention
Safety:
This approach can only be successful with the active involvement of all staff. Everyone at their level must be familiar with our procedures and adhere to them.
The exemplary behaviour of all employees, their suggestions, their reporting of anomalies and malfunctions will enable us to continually improve our safety performance.

This environmental policy defines our commitment to promoting sustainable practices and continually improving our environmental performance with the following objectives:

IMPLEMENTATION
PIERRE GUERIN's management is responsible for implementing this policy, which will be rolled out across all PIERRE GUERIN Group entities and its components: Quality, Health and Safety, and Environment. Every PIERRE GUERIN employee is required to comply with the principles set out in this policy. The objectives related to this policy are stipulated in the PIERRE GUERIN dashboard.
This policy will be communicated to all employees, suppliers, customers, and other relevant stakeholders.
We will implement performance indicators to track our progress and evaluate the effectiveness of our initiatives. Regular internal audits will be conducted to ensure compliance with this policy.
