Our Human Resources Policy
“At Pierre Guerin, our wealth is more than 600 men and women, in France and abroad, who work every day at the service of industrial agri-food or biopharmaceutical projects that our customers entrust to us.
In 2021, in order to reflect the stated concerns of our employees and customers, we committed ourselves through the objectives of an internal plan called «Horizons 2021-2023» aimed at the development of the company in order to face new challenges.
In 2023, we continue these commitments through our new internal plan called «AMBITION 2027» to position Pierre Guerin as the reference player in the process industry of the agri-food and biopharmaceutical sectors. AMBITION 2027 commits us to define and implement an ambitious development policy. We innovate socially to be even more attractive, we reduce our environmental impact and we transmit knowledge by developing skills through training for all. This commitment makes sense for our employees, it makes sense for our customers and it makes sense for the planet. It is the DNA that characterizes us and that we wish to transmit within our teams: from the most experienced to the youngest, thanks to the daily investment and the awareness of each one.
We are proud of our teams’ commitment to the future !”
