Pierre Guerin is part of the Process Industry division of Equans and specializes in the design and manufacture of stainless steel equipment and process lines dedicated to the Agri-food and Life Sciences industries.
With deep experience in vessel making, industrial engineering and management of large projects in France and abroad, Pierre Guerin provides a global offer well recognized on the international market.

To satisfy your functional and performance needs and meet regulatory requirements, Pierre Guerin provides you with:
• expertise in design entirely in 3D according to the standards of the ASME BPE
• powerful calculation tools for pressure vessels, mechanical stresses, thermal performance
• flow and cleaning simulation (CFD), and ATEX compliance experience.
We manufacture
A major player in the manufacture of stainless steel process tanks, the Pierre Guerin Group has extensive industrial capacities in Europe and Asia, totaling approximately 50,000 m² of covered space. With our production sites in Niort (France), Burgos (Spain) and Dushan (China), we devote more than 220,000 hours per year to the production of tanks, from just a few liters to 300,000L.
Over the years, Pierre Guerin has specialized in the design and manufacture of turnkey installations, with a dedicated team of project managers and a qualification support service.
In our workshops we also carry out:
• Manufacturing piping systems and wiring networks
• Control of manufacturing to the highest standards, with electropolished finishes, ferrite control, material traceability, radiographic and endoscopic controls
• Pre-qualification of installations in accordance with good manufacturing and process management practices (cGMP, GAMP, CFR21 part11) and the rules of the art specific to each business.
Modernisation and continuous improvement
Since 2014, Pierre Guerin has undertaken an ambitious industrial investment program to modernize and strengthen its means of production in Niort.
This includes creating a Business Center with equipped meeting rooms, securing the site with access and data control, doubling the mounting capacity with a "Lean Manufacturing" program, the extension of testing facilities and the creation of dedicated customer premises during FAT (Factory Acceptance Tests).
This goes hand in hand with the reinforcement of the workforce of industrial operations, the implementation of electronic document management (EDM) and a collaborative intranet, the construction of a modern store and the renovation of the offices of the Quality Department.
At the same time, our subsidiaries are also growing with the strengthening of our PG China team and the expansion of our pressure vessel production capacity at PG Iberica.
Particular attention is paid to the continuous improvement of the well-being at work of our employees with significant investments in renovations and modernizations of offices, workshops and relaxation areas.
Product support
At Pierre Guerin, we believe that installation is part of a global approach. We ensure the installation and commissioning of production workshops worldwide thanks to our highly qualified teams.
In partnership with local teams trained and supervised by our specialists, we deliver your facilities on time and in accordance with technical specifications.
We prepare documentation, user and maintenance manuals as integral parts of the project, offering you support in the installation and commissioning of your equipment.
