Available in capacities ranging from 2 500 up to 60 000 l, the CSU tanks are ideally adapted to the storage and homogeneous holding of finished and textured products such as yoghurts, fresh cheese, dairy desserts, etc, before conditioning.
Applications
The quality of insulation allows for maintaining the temperature of the product. The insulation is available on bottom, liner and cover.
In general, those tanks are equipped with an ultra-clean vent to keep the product under sterile filtered air and therefore preserve it from any external contamination during the entire storage phase.
Depending on the product characteristics, the bottom shape can be adapted to an angle of 45 to 60° to provide compete drainability.
On request the CSU tanks can be fitted with a low speed agitator to facilitate the homogenous holding of the product (anti-syneresis action).
