Due to height or space constraints, the size of gearbox-motors can often make maintenance operations of mechanical seals both laborious and hazardous for operators, as well as cause lengthy down-time.
Pierre Guerin solves all these inconveniences by use of the novel TP2PG rotary adapter.
Applications
Food & Dairy, Pharmaceutical, Cosmetic, Biotechnology activities.
User benefits
- extraction of seal-box is achieved in a short time (a few hours maximum): a detailed instruction manual shows the procedure one step at a time
- this operation is completely safe and needs minimal input of the maintenance tam
- this equipment is suitable to install on to gearbox motors with height limitations
- installation of TP2PG equipment can also be made with the replacement of existing Pierre Guerin mechanical seal by an easy dismountable seal box with a roller-bearing “all life” guarantee.
- on request, we can evaluate the possibility of installing the TP2PG adapter on non-Pierre Guérin gearbox-motors and mechanical seals.
