The Neptune™ SCADA software, implemented on either a standalone architecture or a client/server architecture, interfaces with PLCs to control process phases and parameters. It is based on two graphical interface solutions: Siemens WinCC and AVEVA InTouch.
Robust and reliable, it offers a unique range of features, particularly in its EXPERT version: Profiles, trend curves and historical data, calculations, strategies, batch management, off-line data, operator access management, alarm management, maintenance, etc.
This solution is ideally suited to the implementation of complex, multi-equipment industrial processes and the control of turnkey plants within an MES environment.
Fully compliant with the requirements of 21 CFR Part 11 and GAMP 5, this solution is also particularly well suited to biopharmaceutical production applications in a GMP environment.
