High performance rotor-stator
To contribute to the success of your specific and complex emulsions and dispersion operations, Pierre Guerin is expanding its catalogue of tank-bottom emulsifiers with the development of a new range of rotor-stators with very high shear rates: The TR+.
This range of rotor-stators is interchangeable with the previous Pierre Guerin TR range and can be adapted to meet specific needs.
Depending on the characteristics of the manufacturing process and the volumes to be processed, these mobiles can be used as the main mobile or as a secondary mobile, in addition to a coaxial anchor-propeller agitator, for example.
Performance
- One of the highest shear rates on the market: 70,000 s-1.
- Emulsion fineness of up to 1 μm with monodisperse, homogeneous distributions.
Applications
- Cosmetic emulsions: shampoos, creams and moisturising milks.
- Emulsions for food sauces (hot or cold).
