POLYMIX two-bladed impeller agitator
Two-bladed impeller agitatorImage
Simplicity and reliability are the two main characteristics of the POLYMIX mixer. The agitator is fitted with 2 up to 8 stages of twin-blades impellers, depending on vessel geometry and volume. The POLYMIX mixer is suitable for homogeneous holding of low viscosity products and thermal transfer operations.
Applications
Homogeneous holding of fragile low viscosity products.
User benefits
- good preservation of fragile products due to minimised shear forces, low rotation speed and limited Vortex effect
- optimum circulation rate / power consumption ratios
- design and sizing avoiding air incorporation
- easy mounting on existing tanks due to low mechanical constraints and small footprint that avoids the need of reinforcement or replacing of the vessel cover.
