Due to its modularity, the multi-purpose tank Tradition is the ideal tool for all wine-making operations and the cultivation of your red wines: alcoholic and Malolactic fermentation, maceration, storage, assemblage and treatment.
User benefits
- Multi-purpose tank
- 6% flat bottom, with tangential manhole, allowing for a manual devatting from the outside when fermentation is over (Alternative utilizing a « spoon » type for an assisted devatting)
- Cylindrical or truncated tank with a ratio Height / Diameter between 1 and 1.25 for an optimum contact between the must and the solid parts.
